I am a nationally certified EMDR psychotherapist, and I also specialize in treating pre-teens, adolescents, and adults who might be in distress trying to cope with symptoms of complex psychological trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and I utilize a variety of techniques from Mindfulness, Expressive Art Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Solution Focused Therapy, Psycho-dynamic and Attachment theories, Somatic Experiencing, and Cognitive and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques; it all depends on what works best for you, your current situation, and your goals. I am bilingual and can provide services in Spanish. I am cognizant of cultural differences and I consider them while providing services.
